How to trigger Alerts Returned to Normal : True

We currently have our alert package set up where if a computer goes offline, an alert is created and an email is sent to the admins.    There's a Returned to Normal column on the alerts viewer that...

I see that you have been in touch with support who advised to create a new package and add a rule with condition "Computer comes online."
