IOS remember credentials how to?

I have set the access control rule for a single PC on my account to allow me to remember credentials, yet every time on my iphone it says "prohibited by administrator from saving login info"

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? I have rebooted,  waited a few days. Nothing works just keeps saying prohibited.. Even if I could just use my Touch ID or Face ID it would make my life easier. Thanks
