LMI AV folder exclusions?

I seem to be having issues getting LMI AV to exclude a folder and everything under it, for instance I have an exclusion in place for:

 

C:\ProgramData\Cadre\

 

But a computer ran a "disinfection action" on this file:

 

C:\ProgramData\Cadre\CadenceManager\Cache\CadenceManagerWin32\2.0.0.0\CadenceManager.exe

 

Is there something specific with exclusions to have it also exclude child folders and items inside them?

    Hey CurtJohnson,

     

    Did the "C:\ProgramData\Cadre\" folder exist before you added the exclusion?
    Because the root folder must exist before adding the exclusion.
