Could you confirm the affected operating system version and LMI software versions set up at the problem locations?

Host is running logmein pro updated to July 2nd 2019 on a Windows 7 pro 64bit pc with updates up to date including July 2019 updates. Client is Windows 10 pro 64bit using Firefox client add on. Host printer is a Brother multifunction and the logmein driver does not release control back to the default host printer.Path6336 Thanks for the environmental info.
