I am sorry to hear about the repeated LMI failures on your Mac computer.
Since the problem began have you done anything to troubleshoot locally there?
Are any other applications acting abnormally while you are logged in?
No I have not. This has happened with the LMI client on mac for me since the app was released several years ago. I have done clean installations etc, does not matter. It's always been garbage.
