Yet more crashing.
'Computer is online' Click to connect, it says "Cannot connect, please check your internet connection and try again"
Click Dismiss, LMI crashes!!! over and over again. Try to connect and it does this everytime.

I double checked within our knowledge base, and we do not have any outstanding tickets like the one you are experiencing. Please help us document the problem environment by giving our technical support staff a call at your convenience, when you have direct access to one of those Macs.
