LogMeIn Security Console Won't Open

The security console won't open on any of my protected machines. This is a problem because if I run a scan from the admin portal and see threats I need to be able to go to the machine and investigate...

mdrakeadmin   It sounds like you're referencing the LMI Antivirus there?   The appearance of this is controlled with the local HPP Appearance setting.  HPP Preferences:  Display the LogMeIn icon in the system tray

    Hello Ash,  I'm referencing the LogMeIn Security Console, or yes the AV console. 

     

    I can get to the control panel just fine, with desktop sharing, file sharing, etc.

     

    What I can't get to is the security console. It won't open at all. On any of my machines.

     

    I would like to be able to access scan results and mitigation options, which is unable to me right now.

     

    Any help is appreciated.

        Hi Ash,

         

        I can confirm that my default AV policy has silent mode enabled.

         

        I can see the console on my machines but I can't open the console.

         

        I checked the firewall settings and the LogMeIn client is allowed.

         

        This is on all my machines I can't access the security console.
