New M1 iMac unstalbe connection

One of my clients has a new 24" iMac (M1 cpu). When I connect and it works, it is good. BUT sometimes all I see is a black screen until the owner opens a webpage. Is there anything can do to keep it ...

Thanks for the additional info.  If this just started happening recently, can you please confirm the LMI endpoint software version installed there?
