I tried to request support, but there was no chat or email option available. The only option I had was a phone call, but it was 1 a.m., and no one answered. I waited for a response from support for 30 minutes before I finally hung up. I'll try again today during business hours and hope for better luck. It's unfortunate they don't have an email support system or a standard ticketing system in place.
