Is there any way to determine date a computer was added to account?

Hello,   It is easy to see when a computer was last online, but not when the computer was first added the the account. Is this information located somewhere that I missed? Note that I have Centra...

Go to Reports > Report Viewer

 

 

In Reports Viewer

Category = LogMeIn Host Software Details

Report = Host Software Installs (In Last Year)

 

This will give you install date/time and Computer name for the last 365 days. However, you can also select filter and change the criteria to "Between" and select a specific date range.

Hello Robert,

 

Thank you very much for the response.   Unfortunately, my Report Viewer screen does not include the options you show.  See below.  And the only other option in the first dropdown, beyond the one shown, is "User and computer access rights".  Also, the righthand dropdown, no matter which of the two lefthand selections I choose, does not include "Host Software Installs"

 

Might I ask which version of Central you have? ("Plus" is what I have, as shown under "Settings" > "Subscription".)
