This issue is happening everywhere and frustrating my clients. We have 400 clients using LogMeIn and they use the LogMeIn client and it now requires them to put their username and password in everytime. This started happening in the last 8 weeks and its a pain. Even clicking on remember makes no difference
I've been having this issue for over a year and still doesn't work. On a mobile device, when i connect to a PC, i have to type the windows password in manually and it doesn't auto log me in with a prompt like it does on PC. Is this the issue you are having?

Ox1 It works for me on my Pixel 5 and old Motorola G7 when I test. I can connect to both my Windows 11 PC and my MacBook Pro without being asked to sign in. On your Android device please do the following:
- Open the LogMeIn App
- Tap the Settings gear icon in the lower right corner
- Scroll to the bottom until you see the Version information and then tap on it until a message that says Log enabled
- Use the App as usual for a while to hold some sessions and then open Files in the App and you will see a new folder called Logs
