Could it be your version of logmein central installed in your host machines? I've reach out to them about getting the LMC software updated in a batch but I have not been able to get a clear answer.

Yeah like telenberger said, I have this issue across multiple technicians and all our stuff is up to date. Still showing incorrect on my test case that I have been documenting on here. I wish LMI would listen and try to figure it out or at least respond.
