Remote Printer not avaiable when using LMI on MacBook client ---> Windows Host

User bought an HP Envy Inspire 7220E (wireless) and connected it to her MacBook. When connected to the Windows host (LMI v15410), she says she can see and select the HP from the Remote Printers dropd...

    Thanks. But she's not using LMI AV.

     

    She restarted all her devices and reinstalled the printer on the client (MacOS) side, and then it worked.
