You don't have to do anything for most of your account data to naturally expire after a year or less. That may be true, but I don't want my account information in your system any longer. I keep getting an email at the end of each year saying they are going to remove it - but they don't. The products were fine - but I don't want an account floating around in your system when I KNOW I will not be using it going forward. Contacting sales/support does nothing either. Can someone please help - this question is being posted for a couple of years now multiple times in multiple ways on the forum and obviously there has not been a response that works for those who are stuck in your system. Thanks.
