I have the same problem as slave2fishing, only the link comes up blank for me. When I open it no phone number is shown, and I can't choose a different country either. (The list won't come up or it is empty).
I tried opening a ticket, but it vanished or closed the next day.
Is there any other way I can write to them outside calling the US number?

I'm not sure if I was logged in every time I tried, but I checked it with Firefox 84.0.1, Chrome 87.0.4280.141, and for the heck of it, with the old internet explorer 11.
