Thanks for your patience everyone.
We've released an update that fixes the screen blanking failure for hosts running Windows v2004 and higher. Please upgrade affected PCs to LogMeIn host software 4.1.0.14344 in order to activate the new screen blanking method.

HI - When is this update coming? It has been almost 3 months and we are still having the same issue.

I'm sorry for the delays and will try to get an update in the next week from our development team.

Is there any update on this issue? I have a few computers now where screen blanking is enable, but not actually blanking the screens. We also have the issue where you can't have a "Headless" system meening the workaround of turning the monitors off, doesn't work for us because LMI doesn't work on some of our hardware when it is "Headless". This is becoming very frustrating!

Hi, Is there any update on this? I have just updated to Windows 10 2004 and my screens won't blank. I work on highly confidential files in the company and now I can't work from home!!!
- RonanMac6 years agoActive ContributorAlso, if I turn monitors off then I can't use dual monitors remotely.

This really needs to be fixed. This a very unacceptable situation for any company whose remote emplyoyees need to access PII, PCI, or PHI.

AshC Any update on this. I don't think you guys really understand how big of an issue this is for us. I've literally put an entire Windows 10 deployment on hold for this issue.
