Thanks for your patience everyone.
We've released an update that fixes the screen blanking failure for hosts running Windows v2004 and higher. Please upgrade affected PCs to LogMeIn host software 4.1.0.14344 in order to activate the new screen blanking method.

Hello,
We are having issues with blanking screens on windows 10 version 2004. I've uninstalled the monitor drivers and reinstalled them to see if the DPMS driver would install but nothing works. In our work enviornment, the blank screen function is critical. Please is there a fix to this? Thank you.

Update!
Hi guys, looks like the issue has been resolved on our side. Log me in has issued a new update on 11/09/2020 (Version 1.3.5144). We are no longer having issues with screen blanking. Finally!!
So make sure you update log me in. Also we are running win 10 os build 19041.572 with exp pack 120.2212.31.0. not sure if that makes a difference.
UPDATE!! DISREGARD DOESNT WORK STILL 😞

Verified does not work with:
Host Computer
LogMeIn Control Panel Host software version 4.1.0.14072 (Nov 2 2020 13:29)
Windows 10 Pro 2004 OS BUILD 19041.388 Exp Pack 120.2202.130.0
Client Computer
LogMeIn Client 1.3.5144
Windows 10 Pro 2004 OS BUILD 19041.264 Exp Pack 120.2202.130.0
Lets not guess, update both client and host and then test and verify. I get the prompt saying blanking does not work with a host on 2004. I highly doubt this is fixed based on the release notes and based on what people are noticing.

I'm using LogMeIn Client Version 1.3.5144. It seems like it is working now but not 100% positive on that. I also switched from Pro to Central. Which I prefer because I can enforce MFA.
- AndrewH855 years agoActive ContributorI use LogMeIn for employee remote access and screen connect for remote support to computers. I only install LogMeIn on computers for users that will work remote.

Sad thing is another software I use for remote support of end users the screen blanking works just fine for Windows 10 2004, it's not impossible they just don't know how to fix it.

Make sure you are updating log me in client and not control panel. According to he version you provided, that is for log me in control panel.

It's still NOT working on my end. Updated version 4.1.0.14072 (updated 11/09) now give me alert "changes introduced by Microsoft are preventing screen blanking on hosts running Windows 10, Version 2004 and above"
very frustrating!!!
