Screen Resolution on retina

Hi,   I was trying to connect via logmein to a distant computer that has a retina screen, i couldn't get it to full screen.   haw can we change this?   this is a screenshot of what i could see...

Hi AshC,

 

Yes I am connecting to a windows computer, with a Retina screen/4k

 

I tried changing the resolution, the quality and the zoom.

 

When i put 100% zoom all it does is enable a scroll down but same size image in the left corner, the rest is black

Wenee Could you try changing the resolution through RC, and perhaps color quality settings if that has no effect?
