- 7 years agosjr1 I'm sorry about that. Whenever a new location / IP address is recognized by the system it triggers a security alert in order to confirm the users identification (Risk Based Authentication). This setting cannot be disabled, though we do have the ability to white-list specific locations, instances where you cannot access the email address.

How do you whitelist a location? I'd love to do that for our Corporate Office IP.

scottwilkins You must contact Customer Support if you need to whitelist a device (it's not just whitelisting an IP address, as there are additional security factors involved).
