Sophos showing up as three seperate antivirus products
In the new antivirus section on LogMeIn Central is showing up as three distinct products and returning an error in the attached image. Is there a way to clear this error as Sophos uses both Windows...

Thank you for that. I do truly appreciate it. We've had this happen for some time now and each time we brought it to support the answer was lackluster.
if it helps, I have attached a screenshot of what it looks like on about 50% of our machines. ~200 or so

Can you please confirm some of the affected OS and LMI Host software versions installed from the affected machines?

All devices are Windows 10. Mostly Build 1909, some 2004.
All LMI host are on the newest build: Version 13774.
