Hello, and welcome to the Community!

You can certainly manage Windows Updates through your Central console online (though I'm not sure what you mean by 'patch', unless there's a failure of some kind on the prior update):  https://support.logmeininc.com/central/help/managing-windows-and-microsoft-updates-central-c-central-pm-about 

 

Central also offers Inventory Reports for you to view the status of all connected devices: https://support.logmeininc.com/central/help/about-inventory-reporting-central-c-central-reports-aboutinventory

    2004 doesn't show up as an available update/patch in either.  That led me to look around and try asking here...  Thanks!
