Good morning, maybe someone can help me, I can't find the section to change the name in remote support (see screenshot), at the moment my name appears "Cristiano" but I would like to be able to chan...

Hi Cristiano_R​ good to see you, 

You should be able to do this in Admin Users Page, just update the Name with firs/last/company

Hi Kate,

That's what I saw, but already in my profile there was "Name + surname" but in the support you can only see my name, now I added Name + surname + company but nothing changes..
