Device List not displaying
Currently as of Noon PDT, my Device List is not displaying in either the web or desktop console. All services are showing as up and running at https://status.gotoresolve.com/. Is there an issue on GoTo's end?
AWS has updated its status to resolved and we see service restoring to normal.

Hi,
Yes, it is my understanding that the current AWS issues are the root cause. We are working to mitigate the issue and restore service currently.

re: AWS being down.
The allowlist for firewalls includes the following:
*.console.gotoresolve.com TCP/443 Various Resolve services are hosted under this domain, in AWS Note: Including but not limited to:- cdn.console.gotoresolve.com
- reporting.console.gotoresolve.com
- sessions.console.gotoresolve.com

Our office and IT department is seeing this - everyone is having the same problem the screen is blank I hope this gets resolved quickly
