This has been the case since we started using GoTo resolve last month. Works fine in the agent portal but for end users using helpdesk.me/tickets, there is a noticeable delay when loading tickets which has been reported by multiple users. We are talking 30-45 seconds or sometimes up to 1 minute which i don't think is ideal.
Please advise. Thanks
