Hide Session History

Hi All, Is there any way the session history in helpdesk can be hidden when a ticket is open. We have other departments using Resolve for ticketing and don't think it's ideal for them to see the 'Se...

I am checking to see if there are any options available, if there are none I will move this to the Community Ideas board so it can be considered for a future update.
