No download when trying to install Resolve

I'm having a similar or same problem.  I'm trying to install GTR using the web link created from the site, but when navigating to the link a blank web page comes up and no download is triggered. We have tried it in different browsers with the same result. The server in question is Windows Server 2012.

    I was able to replicate the issue on a Windows 7 PC and resolve it.  It appears to be a TLS 1.2 not being enabled issue.  I will repeat these steps on the Windows Server 2012 system and see if the issue is resolved there as well.

    Well the links are opening a page with the installer download for me and there are no service issues currently reported, so it seems like an localized issue right now. If you can open the link on a different computer that is on the same network it will tell us if the issue is specific to this Windows Server or not.

    I've used GTR web links multiple times on multiple different networks without any issues.

    Hi TiMidas, welcome to the community.

     

    Can you try opening the link of a different computer and also a device connected to a different network to see if it loads?
