When they is there any error message? Can you provide a little more detail about the failures?
Actually all I get is "failed" there are never logs visible only downloadable and see results below:

Correct, even uses the same execution script. I compared them side by side. Also, when some do complete they never report back they have completed the install and you get the spinning symbol it is still in progress, however I can confirm the application has been installed and even rebooted and still wont update back. This poses a big problem with templates, because it will not go on to the next install because the one before it never shows to complete. So, this kind of kills my use of Templates. I love the idea of them and would be very cool, but needs to be fixed.
