Report time avaliable

Good afternoon, I would like to know how long time i can get Resolve Session and Help Desk support reports?  Nowadays, i maintain my reports manually in excel. Thanks.

Hi Tinamedida , 


GoTo Resolve reports are available indefinitely, as long as you have a GoTo Resolve account.
