Admin Access
Our current admin is no longer at the company, so we need help in determining how to change or update our admin.

Hi DWstaff, welcome to the community.
If the former Admin did not leave their credentials (so you. cannot sign in as them) and their email has already been deactivated (so you cannot reset their password and sign in as them), you will need to call our toll-free support for help with this. We will need to verify some things before making someone else the admin.
