Can I use goto assist to remote access an ipad

I have a field of technicians with iPads. I need the ability to troubleshoot the ipads. Can this be done with Goto Assist?

Hi progers001, welcome to the community.

Apple does not allow remote control of iOS devices currently, but you can connect from GoToAssist Remote Support v5 and see the screen of the device.

How about now with iOS 11? Apple opened up screen sharing, and competitor apps already support iOS 11 screen sharing. Granted, it's view only, and not remote control, but it would still be better than what we have.
