File Transfer unavailable in Unattended Session
What security changes need to be requested to be able to transfer files in unattended sessions?
I find this to be unavailable in some environments, even when my credentials are supposedly local or domain admin?
What do I need to request IT change to allow file transfers?

Hi EricLunceford, welcome to the community.
Can you provide some details about the Unattended computers that you are having issues with, for example what operating system are they running? Additionally, can you describe what you are seeing in these cases?
Typically with Windows PCs you should not need to make any additional changes once you install Unattended Support unless there is a 3rd party security application installed. On a Mac you need to allow GoToAssist access in Privacy and Security settings. Our Allow list information is available here.
