Issues downloading sessions

This appears to be resolved for me.
I found that I was able to download sessions if they were initiated with the GotoAssist Agent Desktop Console (horrible UI though) from there only.
Then I found the ability to download from there even if the session was initiated from the GotoAssist Expert app.
Now it seems I can download from either location regardless of how the session was initiated.
It took months, but finally able to use this solution as I was able to in the past.
