View on dual monitors
Hi It would be really great if we could be logged into 2 separate end users and view on 2 different monitors. Thanks.
Hi deec, welcome to the community.
While this is not possible with GoToAssist RS v4, it can be done with GoToAssist RS v5 when you use it in the browser. You can start a new session in a new browser tab and mov it to a different monitor. To switch between v4 and v5 simply sign into your account on the website, click on your profile in the upper right corner and click on Current Version. With v5 you can connect to your v4 Unattended computers still, and you can always switch back to v4 any time.
