AD Auth for Named Users

Active Directory Domain Services Authentication for Named Users. Our Service Desk is internal only and we have InfoSec Password Policies in our domain. AD Authentication for Service Desk only applies to Customers but it should also have the ability to apply to Users. Our Service Desks techs need to manage a separate password and are no longer compliant with our internal password policies.
