Did you find a solution to this? I see this question asked a couple time but no resolution from LogMeIn. Seems there should be a method to exclude weekends and after hour incidents from affecting SLA's.
- ryanLaportaSCG6 years agoActive ContributorNavigate to your SLA levels, then click more for each priority. Has a drop-down on that page to define your working hours and exclude weekends.
