Assign an incident to a User that is not a member of the service

I hope this makes sense.  We use this system for Internal Support.  I would like to find a way for a User assign to a service that they are not a member of.  For example:  A User in accounting needs...

mcole117 welcome to the GoTo Community, thanks for sharing your question here. 

 

If you add the accounting user to HR services, they'll get the same access to HR services and tickets as everyone else assigned to that service.  Currently, there's no way to limit specific access once a user is assigned to any service you've created. 

 

We will certainly pass this feedback on to the team.
