Assign by email / Email commands
Is there any ability to respond to the Incident Notification emails and assign the incident to a specific user with a command in the email? For example, in our previous ticket-management system, ...

Hi Paul,
At this time there is not a Trigger method to assign incidents, but I will change this posting to an 'Idea' so we can consider it for future enhancements.
