AUTHENTIFICATION

Bonjour,

J'ai du mal à ouvrir mon compte GTA pour envoyer le lien aux utilisateurs enfin de les appuyer à distance 

ça me demande le code et quand je mets ça me redemande encore

    Avez-vous essayé ce qui suit ?

    • Vérifiez à nouveau le code 
    • Effacer le cache du navigateur et les cookies 
    • Essayez un autre navigateur ou appareil

     

    Avez-vous consulté cet article sur la façon d'activer Service Desk. Sinon, pouvez-vous m'en dire un peu plus sur ce que vous voyez et comment vous inscrivez vos agents ?
