Blurry Customer/Company Profile Pictures
Every time we add a picture for our technicians or customers/companies the image is distorted or blurry. Is there a guide for ensuring that these images are the appropriate size/resolution? Furthermor...

Thank you for the response. All images are a standard profile size (above 61 x 61) and are in *.jpg format. The image looks great here in the community forums (same exact image). But, for the Go-To-Assist Web Help Desk images are always distorted. This has been the case for multiple customer/user images. Why is there not a standard size and shape (round vs. square) across the Go-To-Assist community? Is there any practice (certain image size or shape) that is preferable to avoid this blurry aspect?
