Can I set up a trigger to send a second email to approvers if release hasn't been approved ?
I find that I quite often have to chase approvers to review and approve release records so would like to be able to automatically send an email to them if a release has not been approved or declined after a certain period of time. Is there a way to do this within GoToAssist ?
