Can't Click Incidents in Firefox

Brilliant all working.

We just released an update that addresses this issue when customizable dashboards are enabled.

Is there any news on when an update will be rolled out to fix this?

I can't comment on our exact release schedule, but this is a feature we're working towards release at the moment.

This appears to be a problem with the "Customize your dashboard" feature, which is still in beta and has not been turned on for all users. You can switch this off at https://desk.gotoassist.com/admin/account/labs.
