Categories - is there a way to change the order they are shown in
Categories - is there a way to change the order they are shown in, they are currently alphabetical. i would prefer for them to be by most common issues as i have trouble with end user posting everyth...
What if you put a number in front of the category name? 1 - Password Issue 2 - Data request 3 - . I have a custom field set up that way with project status categories. Put the most common ones at the top.
