Close an accont

Hello I would like to close my accont and at the same time my subscription. How to do ? Thanks for your help

Hi,

Please follow the steps below to cancel your GoToAssist Service Desk account:

Free Trial Subscribers:
  1. Go to www.gotoassist.com and click log-in
  2. At the top right click My Account
  3. Under Plan Details click Change plan
  4. Under What do you want to do? Click Cancel after my plan ends 
  5. Click Continue
  6. Click Cancel after Trial
 
Monthly and Annual Subscribers:
  1. Go to www.gotoassist.com and click log-in  
  2. At the top right click My Account
  3. Under Plan Details click on Turn off Renewal
  4. Click Turn off Renewal again to confirm cancellation
