Create new template missing

attempting to create a new template but the new template selection is missing

    Where it says 'Global View', can you select a Service, and try to create a New Template?
    (opposed to the 'Global View' in some instances)

    Hi Gerald,
    Sorry for any confusion.  Have you used Service Desk templates prior to this time?  If so, would you be able to test in an alternate web browser?
