Customer emails not being received - Intermittant

Sometimes I am completing tickets, and closing jobs down, however the customer never receives an email. they didnt even receive the mail to say a job had been opened. If its any correlation it seems w...

No. Like I say If the user puts the job on by emailing the email address of helpdesk@ourcompany.co.uk it works fine. If i put the job on and select the customer they get no email when iupdate or close the job.
