Customized Incident resolution dates?

Hi all,

I know we can edit, add to the already default priority that give us our resolution date, however is their anyway to manually enter a resolution dates on incidents on a case to case basis?

    Hi Andrew,

    Yes, it's possible to override the incident resolution times. If the service has the setting "Resolution due dates can be overridden" turned on.


    Once the setting is turned on, then due dates can be overridden by clicking on the due date calendar within an incident.
