Edit a resolution comment when ticket is closed?
Can I edit the resolution for a ticket when it's closed? I confused two tickets and put the wrong resolution in one (I know, stupid) and it's not allowing me to edit it. My guess is because it's clos...

If a ticket is on closed status its details are no longer editable without reopening the ticket.
However, you can still add comments to a ticket after it was closed. Would that be a viable workaround in your case?
