Edit the Wecome e-mail

Would like to see the Welcome e-mail for Service Desk be editable. We go to a lot of work promoting we have a great new server to offer you. Then they get a generic almost SPAM looking e-mail welcoming them.
I think this should be much better because it is the first people will see from the system.

    Hi Carl,

    We do have the ability to customize Service Desk emails on the right around the corner on the roadmap. In the first phase these customizable emails will be specific to the update notifications that get sent from the system when you update a record.

    This will likely be later extended to encompass all Service Desk emails sent from the system.
