Email - Use it to create incidents or reply to incidents

    Hi Aristotelis, if I understand the issue correctly then the reason for the garbled email is because Service Desk converts the emails to text only for security reasons. Thus embedded images get converted to text and/or attached and that's what causes the garbled email.
