Email repsonses are being truncated after smiley :-)

When customers open a case in our G2A servicedesk, we often reply back via email. If we happen to insert a smiley, all text following the smiley is being omitted/purged. This happens when we reply usi...

Hi, has there been an update on the fix for this issue? I just tested it and it is still occurring.

Mark_P   In the updated release there were some conflicts found, so we had to push this fix off for a couple more weeks.  As soon as I hear more info I will update this thread.

    Hi Mark_P ,

    That text should only be displayed now when the system does not recognize a smileyface format.

    Hi, I've just tested this and it seems the issue is now fixed :smileyhappy: the emoticon in the message body appears as a "??" though, is this how it should be appearing? Thanks

    ebak Mark_P  Thanks for your patience.  This resolution has been confirmed.  Please let us know if you should see any other issues.
